1. Who we are & acceptance
TokenomiCo ("we") is an LLM proxy service operated under the domain tokenomico.com. Contact: contact@tokenomico.com. By creating an account or using the service you ("customer") accept these Terms.
2. The service
TokenomiCo brokers calls between your application and the LLM provider API of your choice,
applying prompt compression and measuring the token savings generated. Compression is
lossy (it may change the wording of text) and is optional per request
(x-toke-compress header). When there is no real gain, the original text is sent
untouched. The service covers provider APIs/REST only; we do not broker subscriptions or
third-party chat applications.
3. BYOK — your key, your provider account
You supply your own provider API key ("BYOK"). It remains yours, is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and is used solely to forward your requests. You are responsible for keeping your provider account compliant with the provider's terms and for the costs the provider charges.
4. Pricing & billing ("pay as you gain")
Our fee is a percentage of the measured token savings (current percentage shown in the dashboard and on the statement). No savings, no charge. Invoices close on the 15th of each month and are e-mailed with a statement (PoC) and a payment link; the grace period runs until the 18th, 11:59 PM São Paulo time (UTC−3). After the due date, proxy access is automatically suspended (HTTP 402) until settled, with no penalty; reactivation is immediate upon payment. New accounts get a grace cycle: the first invoice is issued only in the cycle of the month following sign-up — usage from the sign-up month accrues into that first invoice. Payments are processed by Stripe.
5. Your responsibilities
Use the service lawfully; do not submit content that infringes third-party rights or your provider's terms; protect your credentials (we recommend 2FA); assess whether lossy compression suits your use case before enabling it on critical workloads.
6. Intellectual property
The compression engine, the gateway and the TokenomiCo marks are ours. The content you submit (prompts, responses) and your keys are yours — we claim no rights over them.
7. Warranties & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific savings percentages or the availability of third-party providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the event. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights granted by mandatory law.
8. Termination
You may terminate at any time — simply stop using the service (revert your base URL) and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment (section 4) or breach of these Terms. Amounts owed through termination remain payable.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by e-mail with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain any protections of your country of residence that cannot be waived, and mandatory local consumer forums are preserved.
